Prospective Exchange Students

Eligibility

Students of ฬวะฤAPP's partner universities or students who apply through the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP).

If you are seeking for a degree program (Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree)at ฬวะฤAPP, please go to the admission page.

Application requirements
  • GPA : above 3.0 / 4.5
  • English proficiency : above TOEFL 71, CET level 6, IELTS level 6 or equivalent
  • Others
    ฬวะฤAPP receives students based on the nomination and recommendation of partner universities for students that meet the English requirement. If students do not have an official English score, a recommendation letter by a faculty will be needed to prove the student's English proficiency.
Application process
Step 1.

Students of Ajou's partner universities who apply as an exchange student must be approved and nominated as an exchange student by their home university's international officer who is responsible for the exchange program with ฬวะฤAPP.

Step 2.

After students are nominated, students' home university coordinator need to submit their official nomination results to ฬวะฤAPP by submitting the survey within the deadline, through the link sent via email. The nomination survey should be completed by the international coordinator only.

Step 3.

Students who are nominated as an exchange student can make an online application by the deadline.

Notice!

A student's application without the nomination letter will not be reviewed for an admission decision. Thus, please check with your home university coordinator if he/she has submitted the nomination form to ฬวะฤAPP within the deadline.

Application deadline

Applicants must complete the online application by no later than the deadline mentioned below:

  • Online application for Spring Semester : From October 1 to November 15
  • Online application for Fall Semester : From April 1 to May 15


The online application deadline dates can be changed to above mentioned academic calendar.
